What Update 1 actually added
No official patch notes were published, so the content list is reconstructed from the redemption rewards and video coverage of the update:
- Raptor X — boss/content line; the UPDATE1 code rewards a Raptor X Remnant, and update videos show a Raptor X boss encounter.
- Mythic dinosaurs — a “five Mythic dinosaurs” roster addition per update video titles.
- Flying dinosaurs — obtained via a Sky Spires quest that needs the fishing rod and Silver shovel (video-reported; see the riding guide).
- Quest shovels — Pacific (Devonian Island quest line) and Forgotten (boss encounters), per the shovel guide.
- Six-code batch — UPDATE1, WEDIDIT, SORRYFORDELAYSGUYS, DELAYAGAIN, CWAURA, 10KCCU. All live on the codes page.
The retired Nessie event, for the record
The Nessie era (~Oct 8-11) added the event title tag, Nessie Fragments as a code currency, and the NESSIEISHERE Diplodocus Egg code. When Update 1 dropped, that entire code batch retired — a few major code sites still list the old codes as active; they are not. Our codes page separates verified-active from retired with dates.
How we track updates
This page updates whenever the game’s Roblox title tag, the official Discord or in-game content changes — we date every entry and mark unverified items honestly. For how the new content plays, see the dinosaur list for the current roster and best dinosaurs for the top picks, or the beginner guide if Update 1 is your first day in the game.
