How do I redeem codes in Prehistoric Farm?

Join the Project Mirvy Roblox group first — redemption silently fails without it (confirmed by multiple code sites and the game’s community). After that, redeeming takes under a minute:

1. Join the Project Mirvy group on Roblox.
2. Launch Prehistoric Farm and wait for the main menu.
3. Click the CODES button on the left side of the main menu (you can also enter codes in Settings after loading into your ranch).
4. Paste the code into the “Enter a code” box — capitalization matters.
5. Press Redeem. Your reward lands immediately (coins, eggs and potions go to your inventory).

Codes are single-use per Roblox account. If a code that is listed as active still fails, you most likely redeemed it before on that account.

Which codes are working right now?

All six active codes above were cross-checked on October 12, 2026 against the freshest updates from Pro Game Guides, Pocket Tactics, Destructoid, Beebom and iGeeksBlog — sites that refreshed their lists after Update 1 landed on October 11-12. The table at the top of this page always shows the current state; codes we could not confirm on at least two freshly-updated sources are not listed as active.

Why did the old Nessie codes stop working?

When Update 1 dropped around October 11-12, the developer retired the previous code batch. GOGRINDNESSIE, NESSIEISHERE, UPDATE05 and UICHANGES moved to the expired table. A few big code sites had not pruned their lists when we checked — if you see those codes listed as “active” elsewhere, that page is stale.

Two earlier apology codes — SORRYFORDELAYS (an aquatic dinosaur that replaces your boat) and OGURICAPSORRY — expired in the first week of the game’s launch. The boat-replacing aquatic mount has not returned in another code since.

Where do new Prehistoric Farm codes get announced?

The official Discord is the primary announcement channel — there is no official X/Twitter or Trello yet. Historically, codes have dropped for milestones (10KCCU celebrated 10,000 concurrent players) and as apologies for server issues (SORRYFORDELAYSGUYS, DELAYAGAIN). We re-check this page daily; the “Last updated” date at the top of the article is always the last verification date.

What should I spend code rewards on first?

For brand-new players the priority order is:

1. Bronze Shovel (2,500 Coins) — unlocks the Devonian Island dig areas, the single biggest progression gate. See the shovel guide.
2. Boat upgrade (4,000 Coins) — required to reach farther fossil islands; details in the islands guide.
3. Food stock — keep your first dinosaur’s belly above half or it stops growing; the riding guide explains the growth stages.
